Today News ...
Some time ago, there was a
team decision to
expand XWW2's enjoyment for our fans. The dev team presents this
by expanding the scope of our mod. Therefore, The XWW2 dev
team is pleased to announce that we are taking the lid off of
our Pacific addition to XWW2! For our fans upon release, not
only will they be able to enjoy the North African theater of
WWII but also XWW2 battle maps for the southwest Pacific
campaigns specifically involving commonwealth forces and
Japanese troops to start things off.

We have added
two whole armies to our mod and already have in game the
Australian and Japanese armies including their hand weapons,
landing craft, tanks, statics, vehicles and soon heavy Mg's APC's, artillery and aircraft!
In this and upcoming news posts, we have lots to show as
we've been so busy doing mod work. So, today we start at the
beginning by showing weapon renders with skins of all completed and in
game Japanese weapons. The Australians will have mostly all british and a few American weapons as in our last newspost.
But in addition, the Aussies also get a new gun. We've included the Australian
designed and made "Owen gun" for them as well!
This is not it for news!.. The XWW2
Dev team is pleased to announce that our team of beta testers
stand ready along with a server that we formally begin beta testing
of XWW2 for BF2!
Last but not least,
if you're talented and would like to contribute to either XWW2
North Africa or XWW2 Pacific and our mod description fits your
interests let us know. Talented people like skinners, coders
and even someone who could help with Zbrush would be a welcome
addition to our team. So drop on by our forum and say hello!
